RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted for:
- Pants / Trousers
- Coord Sets
- Dresses
- Shorts
Items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and original packaging intact
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale / non-returnable
- Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be confirmed
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the bank/payment provider
4. Exchange Option
- Exchanges are allowed for size or color (subject to availability)
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, change of mind), return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us
