RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Coord Sets
  • Dresses
  • Shorts

Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and original packaging intact
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale / non-returnable
  • Products that show signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be confirmed
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the bank/payment provider

4. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color (subject to availability)
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size, color, change of mind), return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us
